Such a poor professional service and customer service. I called them few weeks ago and asked for a picture to be printed on two toughened glasses which I was going to use as barn doors. The guy behind the line gave me quote estimate of $ 1500-2000 for the pair of glass doors each sized 600X 2050 millimetre. He took 10 days to review the specification of glasses I sent to him , I called the company more than 5 times to follow up my formal quote and process line how to put the order in. at the end after 10 days waiting, he provided a written quote of almost double what he said in the first day on our phone conversation for two pieces of glass with print on them. It was better not to waste the customer's time.. Such a simple quote does not take more than few minutes to be provided by a professional. if in the first phone conversation he told me that it is going to cost me such a money I did not spend 10 days of chasing him , or purchasing a picture from a website and waiting for a formal quote.
