Just had 3 Midea split system installed. Quote was competitive and reasonable. The team was professional and polite. They arrived early in the morning, even took off shoes before entering our house. Wasted no time to get all units installed by afternoon. Even cleanup the mess before leaving. Very efficient and friendly team! I connected all the units to the app and it works like a charm! Very happy with their service. Definitely recommended.

It was time to replace the old evaporative system, it had served us well, but was 15 years old, and we were having major issues. I contacted several companies, requesting a quote to replace our old system. I rang a few companies (voicemail - no-one answered the phone) I even called the Company that installed the original system and applied online for a quote for a few others. Surprisingly - no-one replied! Except Savage. They followed up in a timely fashion, gave a competitive price (I did my homework online) and most importantly, turned up when they said they'd turn up, did what they said they'd do, and charged what they said they'd charge, no nasty surprises. Additionally, the job was done with no issues. Pretty happy about that. Not sure what else I need to say really... Much appreciated!

We had a crack in our antiquated ducted heater’s heat exchangers potentially spewing all sorts of nasties into our house so luckily the guys found that straight away when we booked them for a routine service. They came back about a week later and installed a new 5 star system and took out the old one albeit in pieces. Our new system is so much better, and Jackson and Jack both did an awesome job installing it, new return air, new flue, new controller. We’re really tidy and polite. Would recommend.

Excellent Service!Phoned Jonty regarding a problem with my evaporative cooler - discussed the optionof servicing the old (15 yrs)unit or installing anew unit. Jonty called into my home to look at the system and a replacement system was fitted two days later!VERY Efficient and Friendly staff - an absolute pleasure to deal with!!

Great guys, Jonti and his staff were accommodating.The guys turned up with everything on time the day they were booked for installation and completed the whole job.No problem at all installing my 2 split systems and no hidden extra costs. The installers placed both systems the way I had requested (placed the outdoor units around the corner out of sight) and the overall job was done neatly without any fuss. Both units have their power run from the main switchboard not just patched into an existing power circuit.The installers both cleaned up all their rubbish inside and outside and left nothing on-site or in my bins.Overall I would 100% recommend Savage Air to anyone who needs split system a/c units installed.
