I attended 9 sessions with Tammy to improve my clarity, focus, positivity and work towards a more comprehensive mindset in the approach to my personal and business life. The sessions were excellent and Tammy is truly gifted in her practice as an NLP practitioner. We utilised a number of techniques and I have many positive things to say about all I personally achieved and developed throughout both the duration of the sessions as well as the ongoing mental growth I have experienced following these sessions. I would highly recommend Tammy for any of your NLP needs. Her caring, structured and well measured approach allowed me to maximise the effectiveness of our sessions and I am very grateful for her contribution to my personal development.

Tammy is an amazing coach, and I especially love how she holds the space for me. She mixes different modalities intuitively and effortlessly, which allows me to get the unique, individual experience that I seek in a personal coach. I have worked with her via Zoom and in Person, and both methods of delivery work equally well. I'm know I'll be seeing her again when I have new stuff to work on!

Tammy is talented. Nurturing, friendly and fun!I came to mention a day at work a few days after a session and a fortnight later she brought it up in our session. Tammy quickly found I had a reoccurring and unhelpful behaviour coming up often and helped guide me to clear it.It's nice, isn't it?
