Body Smart Health - Beenleigh

Sessions at BodySmart are the highlight of my son’s week. The team are always welcoming and the improvements in my boy’s strength, coordination and self confidence have been noted by all of our inner circle.

Jake and the team at Bodysmart Health have been amazing. Jake has helped me get back on track after a spinal cord injury. I highly recommend, the team and their facilities are first class.

Until recently I had tried regular physio sessions at the gym as well as an exercise physiologist from sporting wheelies and disabled association and nothing worked as I either made no progress or very little progress. However when I found body smart Beenleigh everything changed.They are knowledgeable and know their stuff inside and out they sit down with your, look through history and find all about you as person as well the disability.They won’t push to the point of agonising pain nor beyond your limits however they will push just enough so you can feel tired and that you’ve given it every ounce of energy you have.Body smart is on track to getting my strength at fitness back to where it was prior to COVID restrictions. If it wasn’t for the fact that I’m moving Toowoomba in may I would definitely stay with them for the rest of my adult life ( please body smart come to Toowoomba)I must say in refrence to Keaton and Mitch( I name them specifically as they are the only to staff I’ve dealt with regularly)They are really nice blokes great conversationalist and really know , how to talk to people with disabilities. in the sense that unlike other exercise physiologists I have had at sporting wheelies.keaton and Mitch don’t talk to their clients like their four but instead see and treat us like normal human beings. Which is what every occupational therapist physiotherapist and exercise physiologist should learn to do.It’s nice to be able to have a conversation with someone where you feel like an equal no matter your disability or medical condition.

I highly recommend Body Smart Health Beenleigh. All staff are knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. Brandon is my exercise physiologist and he is awesome. Never a dull moment, he keeps things interesting and is easy going.

My non verbal asd, ggd, eleven year old son, has been going to Body Smart Beenleigh since October last year for Physio and hydro therapy.I have used physiotherapist from other places in the past and they have been truly awful, could not get me son to do anything, wasting my time and money .I am delighted to say the guys at Beenleigh Body Smart are fantastic.They are truly talented and have done wonders for my son.My son sees Keaton who is great with him. Keaton has gain my sons trust and has a great relationship with him. A marvellous balance of hard work but also fun.My son is doing things I thought he would never do. I love seeing how happy my son is as he can feel himself getting stronger and stronger.If you have used Physiotherapist in the past but were disappointed please give theses guys a go, they are awesome.

We have worked with multiple Exercise Physiologists through BodySmart Health Beenleigh who have all been incredible. We have seen brilliant results. They are knowledgeable, understanding and supportive.

Chloe is a very lovely, kind, polite, well mannered, friendly exercise physiologist. Chloe has been proven to be very adaptable with providing session times that fit in with my day to day activities. I feel my body is a lot stronger with better balance and strength since starting with Chloe. I like the fact that she keeps challenging me to continually improve myself.

Great bunch of people. Keaton was very professional and helped get my life back on track with physio. Best physiologist I've ever had!
