Nails at Carramar

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have nothing but a friendly and professional job done on my nails. They go above and beyond. I use to live across the road so it was convenient to go thr now I have moved 20 minutes away and travel the distance to go to them as I don’t trust anyone else with my nails. I have never had 1 bad experience with the gorgeous ladies thr.

I got infected nails from this place. My nails were healthy 3 weeks ago and I got shellac refills. Today 3 weeks later I got the shellac removed and three nails are infected. They tried to tell me that happens some times and still charged me but with a $10 discount. Not happy !

I went in to get a set of sns. Paid a ridiculous amount of $70. When asked what shape I wanted I said oval. My nails were not shaped at all, and there is even a chip on one nail that the lady noticed in front of me but did not fix. The clear film has all come off and my nails are rough. I understand that close to Christmas I could expect it to be busy. The lady who did my nails clearly noticed all the faults but left them as is. She could clearly see the disappointment and proceeded to charge me $70 (which I know I should have argued but i just wanted to leave) My natural nails looked better than this. I have tried to shape them myself because I have anxiety about complaining especially in public and I wanted to let it go but even trying to shape them myself they look really bad. I am really disappointed and will not return there.

What I asked for vs what I got. Staff definitely need to be trained on ombre". I could have done it better myself. Friendly staff. Been here three times. 1st time was amazing for normal French but unfortunately my 2 ombre attempts have been a bit unsightly. Waste of money. Need them done again."

Have been going to this salon for over 2 years now.All the staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcome.Always come away very happy with the results on both hands and feet.Can't rate this salon high enough.

While the people were friendly, I unfortunately did not have a good experience with my nails. I asked for a full set of acrylics. These were not refills and I had bare nails for them to work with. The person who applied my tips did not complete the nails. The tips appear to have been applied in an upward direction away from my natural nail bed resulting in poorly shaped finished nails that point upwards from the tips of my fingers. Very disappointed.

Service was nice. Nail shaping ok. Top gel terrible. Possibly poor quality product or their UV lamps are too weak? I had my nails done today in the afternoon. Few hours later and the UV gel is coming off .. I have never had that happen to me before.

First and last time here…..discount for seniors, I don’t think so charged me 60 bux for refill and shellac which is coming off already, unfortunately my regular nail shop was closed for the day I needed to go, but Banksia Grove shop is fantastic and cheaper, my nails always look great leaving there

Very disappointed! never again!$70 for sns which doesnt shape at all, i kept my shape almond and i said keep the same shape, they cut so short and make it round. Its very rough and dented when the lady buff it, she said “oh” and only putting top coat without fixing it. And not even 3 days since iv got it done most of my nails are broken. So disappointed for the price and service. I dont like complain in front of her as I hate being annoying customer. I just never come back there again.
