Same as any builder sell sell, couldn't guarantee same contractors and that's why I stopped some, 2 in particular I wanted,for quality work, elec & plumbing, so they sell houses and are on time my sis-in-law says & good well built

Our G J Gardner home we purchased from people who had our home built. We are very happy with what they did. Only have 1 issue we will sort it or check with Home Warranty insurance. All good We love our new home.

This franchise of gj gardner built my home in 2014. From the very beginning we had problems with the builders. During inspections we found that there were constant mistakes, which they had too rectify. After completion of the build we had the Dept of fairtrading twice at the house regarding building mistakes, they issued a default notice with compensation. We also had too employ an independent building consultant too give a report on the build. I would not recommend this builder to anyone.
