Admittedly I have never been to the store, but the guys that come out to clean my pool are awesome. They do a great job and are always friendly and polite. Very reliable and always let me know if they can't make it due to weather etc. Much appreciated. Thanks guys.

Will definitely not going back to this place again. I had bad experience talking with the older lady. I felt I wasn’t welcomed because my last water test was too long ago. Also she won’t give you any useful information or suggestions.

Always friendly service and helpful instructions on maintaining a healthy pool. I never feel I'm being sold something I don't need as I've experienced with another company.

Great customer service. Prices on products are more expensive but quality in chemicals etc are top noch. Always helpful when taking heavy items out to the car. Very knowledgeable team when dealing with all your pool issues.

Wow...I wish I had recorded that rude conversation!! If I had a water test and I was recorded on their system I could get more salt but because I simply went in to ask for 4 bags of salt the technician" would only provide two BECAUSE he couldn't look at my last water test!!I guess this is why I'm not a regular customer..... yet again Swimart.... I was looking to return but yet again I'll take my business elsewhere!!"

Reading past reviews I'm not the only one who has experienced the rudeness and unnecessary comments from the little old lady there. We had a water test done and purchased all the recommended chemicals. We then followed every process given to us from a very helpful young staff member. Today I went in there to tell them about a problem we were having with the salt they sold us. Straight away it was our fault in how we used it, we have been using another brand and never had an issue of staining. To top it off, she said they're are not responsible for the products they sell as they don't make them. So I think the little old lady should stay at home and let the young friendly staff look after the business.

Have been a loyal customer and supporter of this local business for over 7 years. The service used to be top notch however more recently the young guy on the counter is letting there business down.If it was just the fact that he wears his ear pods while serving you I could probably get past it but his whole attitude is poor.Recently purchased a replacement pool cleaner from them. Previously had an Aquanaut which served me very well (purchased before moving into the area). Swimart offer one that is similar in look and based upon the advice I was given by the you salesman it was a better unit. While in store I also Googled the unit to see if there were reviews and at the same time saw cheaper prices something the young salesman advised he couldn’t match - again supported local and paid a premium.Used the unit for about a month and was less than impressed in comparison. Swung by the store and spoke to the sales guys - got fobbed off. Must have set it up wrong, must be your pool etc etc. went home and went back through the instructions and tried a few things….. month later went back again as no better. Unfortunately all I got was attitude.It’s probably now a year since my purchase and I’m still not happy with the unit. Unfortunately I have not been back to the shop since.It is a real shame.Two stars as they were once excellent but one young guy and his poor service has turned me away.

Steve at the store was a great help with options to resolving my issues. When they installed the new filter system ,the guy was great with explaining the ins and outs . Overall Swimart are very approachable, caring and know their business.
