One of the ladies did my nails good but throughout the session it was so aggressive it got so sore afterwards. for french tips it was $85 all together. What i got i dont think is worth it

I travel 40 minutes every 3-4 weeks to see Jenny for my nails and have been for 4.5 years!! No matter what I ask she always out does herself, She is the best in the business.All the staff are so friendly too and if Jenny is unavailable I’d trust one of the other girls to do a great job too!I recommend professionail Elizabeth to everyone

Wonderful service. First time visiting for a deluxe pedicure and manicure and we were seen right away woth an accurate estimate of a wait time. Staff were very nice and really happy with my colour and shape. Will definitely be back.

I have been going to professionail Elizabeth for around 4 years. The service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and the quality of service is consistent! I see Jenny every single time and I never leave unhappy. She literally nails every design I’ve shown her, perfects every shape and I always leave satisfied.

Absolutely horrific nails. Asked for SNS and have never had nails made so thick.... way too many coats. I complained and got told it was because my nails were too short, which is rubbish as I've had SNS my times before and have never had an issue. Service was very rushed, not thorough- didn't even have my cuticles trimmed! And very expensive. Will NEVER go back there again....

Absolutely loved my experience. I had Jenny as my nail artist. I showed her a picture of what i wanted and although she explained she can not guarantee they will look 100% the same i think she made them even better than what i asked for thank you so much

the girl that did my nails was amazing. quick, efficient and everything i wanted but the manager seems really disgusting. i hope theres nothing illegal going on here but thats what it feels like :/

I'm currently getting the worst deluxe pedicure of my life. The young lady is basically petting me with the pedicure tools nothing deluxe about any of it. Focusing only on my legs and not so much my feet or toes. I've been cut three times and have asked her twice to cut my nails Shorter she won't listen. I really don't want to pay for this treatment but I won't be returning!! this is how they were going to let me leave the store before I said something. Only after I complained, another staff member had to take over and redo. First and last time.

Absolutely horrible place.Quoted $50 for full set SnSCharged me $66When I questioned he told me $15 for tips ( never ever been charged more then $5)He made a huge scene when I asked. It ended up in him yelling at me.I am embarrassed and upset.They are lumpy and not worth $50 let alone $65He stoped and started 7 times to boss his staff around.Not happy at all.

My 4 year old daughter absolutely loves coming here. The staff are wonderful and friendly and are very patient with her specific colour choices for every nail. Thank you for making her day!
