Flick Pest Control

We’ve been using Flick for a long time and never really had any problems. We just had all our windows professionally cleaned ahead of the Christmas holidays and today Flick came and did a pest treatment. They sprayed every window across the top of the window with liquid running down. Now literally every window in the whole house is covered with a dirty coating. I could not be more frustrated. Honestly?!

We are first-time home builders (and owners), and understood we had to go with Flick to maintain our warranty. I was initially surprised how much it cost, but after going through the process for the first time, I do believe it's an investment. Paul, the person assigned to us, was very thorough. He also went the extra mile with his explanations and recommendations. He pointed out things we didn't think of asking. Thanks Paul.

UPDATE: AVOID AVOID AVOID - Continue to deduct money after cancellation, refuse to refund excess payments, lie about there being a minimum 60 day cancellation, when there is no such clause in the terms. When caught out lying, incorrectly refer to unrelated clauses in the Terms.DO NOT Sign up for their Home Protection Plan. They don't notify you when the plan has expired and then continue to deduct the monthly payments. When you finally realise the contract has actually expired and try to cancel the plan, you can't because you need to do it in writing and they don't provide the contact details to comply. When you finally do try to cancel it, they refuse to refund the extra unused payments, saying the terms don't allow refunds. In my case I was over $100 out of pocket. This practice should be illegal, give me my money back Flick.

Marcello arrived on time and was very personable. He spent time asking me what the problems were and gave good explanation of what he would do to treat the issue. I have noticed an immediate difference, especially with cockroaches. The treatment is obviously effective because they are lying dead all over my garage. I found that Flick was very easy to use from the initial telephone inquiry to the arrival on the day that they promised. As for the cost, I was told the fee upfront and agreed to it. There are cheaper places out there, but in my view you get what you pay for.

I was sold to subscribe to their so called premium service - $49 monthly" by a sales woman

Noah was professional, thorough in his inspection and analysis, communicated well and advised there was no immediate problem.Sensibly he advised to spray in the warmer months. A model tradesperson.Felt I had been oversold by the sales team when I booked .

I signed up to a 12 month deal to pay $26 a month .First payment come out of my account 23rd February and since then I have had 2 more payments come out and it is the 7th of march. Not happy at all
