Unfortunately poor communication lead to the outcome of the work being not what we expected, when I followed up with the office I was told it was an Energex issue and nothing could be done.When I offered to pay the full invoice I was told that would be good, thanks!Certainly not the cheapest quote and I was referred by a friend so we expected better, unfortunately we will not use again.

I've had Rob and his team do several jobs for me over the last couple of years including: installation of power points, replacement of energy saver light bulbs with LEDs, and most recently installation of three air conditioning units. Each time Rob has been very prompt in providing me with recommendations and a quote, and his crews have been professional and friendly when performing the work. I can highly recommend.

The guys came to install a ceiling fan with a light and replace a light and a switch. They came at the time I had booked in, worked efficiently and were lovely and professional as well. The whole experience, from the office staff to getting the work done, was excellent. I would gladly use Rob Buchanan Electrical again and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thanks!
