Like the review below, we had an old rude lady (seemed like one of owners/managers). We wanted a refund of a $160 jacket that wasn't suited. Was rude when we asked for it and accused us for harrassing her when we had asked her politely and told her what the Australian of consumer Law is. Named our group explicit names and accused our millennial to be a problem".Not the closest bit professional

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! We were served by a dark haired, seemingly miserable older lady, who was rude, offensive and incredibly belittling to say the least. if you would like for your weekend shopping experience to be ruined, then by all means visit this store. I will never set foot in there again - Thanks for converting another shopper to online.
