Select Cleaning Melbourne

Difficult to communicate with. Used the same gloves in the toilet as the kitchen. Cleaned the toilets with half a roll of our toilet paper each. Poor customer service response. Fast cleaners but not thorough. Charge above the rate.

This is the worst experience of my life! The cleaners were employed to clean my apartment but they took it upon themselves to throw out 142 precious items and belongings of my items that I cannot replace that are priceless such as art work and my grandmother‘s photo album and my deceased mother‘s teddy bear and gifts that were given to me by my daughter and friends they even throughout both my lounges and I came home from hospital that day with nothing to sit on they also threw out my record player this caused me A great deal of stress and sorrow and anxiety so much so that I ended up in a psychiatric hospital I don’t know where they think they have the audacity to touch my personal belongings and throw them out what has that got to do with cleaning nothing!!

The worse service any customer can receive! The cleaners were not on time nor responsive. They were incapable and management will charge an arm and a leg. Steer clear from Select Cleaning if you'd want to avoid headache and stress, they are not worth your money and cannot deliver the job at all! I've never seen such poor service from a company in my entire life. They are by far the worse, nothing compared!

I will NEVER Ever use this company AGAIN. Their service is appalling..they couldn't even make my bed properly, they put my sheet on sideways & left my sheet hanging off & not fitted. They half did everything, they are so slow & just NOT good enough. They couldnt even bother to return my call & yet when they wanted my business they called me all the time. They are RUDE, & very quick to blame the client, not their cleaners pfft. Pathetic is what they are. Who can't make a bed. Didnt even get to my kitchen at all....so slow! Theirs 2 people who clean & yet they couldnt get my house finished. Apparently that was my fault too. They are so slow. They blamed me for their appalling cleaning, said it was the state of my house & that I should have asked for a Deep Clean. What a load of garbage. My house needed to be cleaned...general cleaning, not a Deep Clean... DONT use them as they are quick to take ur money even when they clean so badly. I could keep going on, nothing wiped down, childrens beds not made properly, & they don't like it when you tell them how bad their cleaners are. Absolutely Appalling Select Cleaning!!!

Requested a clean for bathrooms and kitchen as I was 8 months pregnant. Came home after cleaners had been with kitchen in worst state then when I'd left it. Stained water marks all over my blinds above my sink. Oven not cleaned! And only one bathroom cleaned. Called a few days later to request someone come back and complete job properly. Was advised they'd get back to me - which never happened. Worst!
