The Team as Ascot is absolutely fantastic! Steve, Franca and Taylor have always looked after our Building Corporation Cleaning both on our interior and exterior and have always done a great job. There always trying to aim at improving and love feedback if and when things aren't quite right. Their always communicating any issues that they have seen and similarly appreciate feedback from us if there ever is some. They incredibly responsive and always have a great attitude. Over the past few years, the property that we live in which is part of strata complex has been maintained by Ascot Caretaking up to date. Not only they are very organized, they have so far done a great job in meticulously maintaining the property (keeping it clean and tidy as well as fixing all the little things that's broken overtime). Overtime, our family has also developed good relationships with the Steve, Franca, Taylor and Jake (the family who owns the business) and I would be more than happy to recommend Ascot Caretaking to any strata complex that requires regular caretaking.
