Happy with KB security - Nathan who came out to install our doors and windows was so helpful and really friendly. Did a wonderful job and was very patient - especially having to come out twice to get our sliding doors fixed.My only comment would be the quote and measure part of the process - to reduce the amount of times an installer having to come out - getting measurements checked twice would be a suggestion. We had 3 attempts at installation which made the process delay a little longer than we had hoped for however despite this, felt the service and craftsmanship of high quality and the communication was transparent.

I had security screen doors installed 3 years ago. I noticed rust spots appearing on all the doors so contacted K&B re warranty and what could possibly be the cause. They were quick to respond however due to covid I had to wait several months to have them fixed. The service received by both Nathan & Clint was excellent. They arrived when they said they'd be here and were friendly and quick. Clint even fixed up issues that the original installer messed up.Happy to recommend this company.

The installation was not flawless and still is an ongoing learning curve. The company has rectified issues caused by the wind, now it needs to come back and do some final minor adjustments. Overall it is fantastic, has made a major difference in our patio area, and we recommend if you have a situation like ours K & B Security can solve your issues.
