Betty's Burgers
Not very happy.Waited 35 minutes for 2 burgers and fries, $35.50 and we were only the 4th customer in there for lunch.Unfortunately the fries were cold and had to ask to get them salted, she handed me a tiny packet of salt, laughable!!They forgot the serviettes and burger bun was cold with warm meat…I have eaten at Southland same store and the experience was much better over there.Sorry guys no second chance, we won’t be back.

I think the restaurant makes the beef patties as small as they legally can, and there’s so much sugar in the buns that they’re quite sickly. The chips are the worst I’ve ever had in my life.

Friendly staff. Large Betty's burgers with lots seats available indoor and around 20 seats outdoor. Great inside design.Shroom burger is super tasty, combined with an extra beef patty or grilled chicken is their top one in my opinion.However, Chips were not good. And Shroom burgers with beef patty and grilled chicken were not as much tasty and juicy than Southland Betty's burgers.Adding sweet potatoes chips to the menu would be a good idea!

Was not happy. Paid a lot for nothing.Waited 30minute for 2 burgers (mine was the wrong chicken burger) and cheese was cold, and fries were undercooked. Was not a lot of service at all and half the restaurant was blocked off from the toilets. I would go somewhere else.

We visited Betty’s for a post movie dinner. I got the chicken burger this time but soon realised I prefer the beef and tried to swap with my husband. It’s a smallish burger though and you definitely need to add a second party in my opinion but I appreciate that’s also why the prices are very reasonable

i've grown up on burgers in southern california for over 65 years (i'm 70) and bb's is not the biggest burger i've ever had but it IS the most tasty burger i've ever had. the total package (the sauce is to die for") is to me better than jack-in-the-box

Everyone is happy with the burgers ! We ordered Crispy chicken, Spicy chicken and Double beef burgers.Vanilla milk shake taste good, not too sweet !

I really want to like Betty’s in Brighton but EVERY SINGLE TIME I am disappointed. The food is not the issue: it is the wait time. It is a 30-40 min wait for food. And when you order for pick up you are left waiting outside in the cold wondering if you will ever see any food. Please do better with your service times. Such a shame

Burgers and service were great!I accidentally dropped my fries after picking it up from the counter and they replaced it without being asked or prompted!It was really super kind of them. Much appreciated!
