For around ten months, Sally and Sandy managed my units, and they both went beyondand above my expectations. Emails were swiftly answered, appliances were replaced in less than a week, and the move-in and move-out processes and inspections were all done without issues. high level of customer care and attention to detail.

My wife and i have just purchased an apartment in Rosebery and dealt with Jarvis Huang and the team at Compass Realty. Excellent service, nothing was a problem and gave us time to consider our options, never pushy and totally fair in all the negotiations.I can highly recommend Jarvis and the team at Compass, if we do decide in the future to let our apartment they will be at the top of the list.

The team at Compass realty led by Lyn has been one of the best experiences I have had in any services based industry. From the moment I met Lyn she was incredibly personable and I felt she was somebody I could trust and rely on as a Property Agent. Having becoming a tenant, my conviction was only furthered after dealing with Lyn, and the rest of the team at Compass in particular Sally and Sandy, who were friendly, accommodating and supportive to all of my complex requests.
