Auto Corner

Car went in for simple recall and now it is in limp mode.Not the first time, when my car has been at this service outlet.

Exceptional service from Toyota they are best dealer and service in auto corner, however Mazda not so much, really disappointed with lack of reception staff, communication during services, I have been overcharged multiple times , had to call out errors on invoice, such as hire car. Warranty work , parts. It's hard to understand Mazda isn't the same service as Toyota and Isuzu Hyundai.

I had my Hyundai Elantra serviced on the 11th of January and picked it up about noon the next day (because they needed to change a filter, which I had to pay extra for). I had asked whether the front lights were checked as one of them was out prior to servicing and the the women who served me didnt know and they got a 'quote' for me to change the light which was $70, however, on the receipt it was stated that the lights were checked, however I had to drive home in ridiculous rainfall with only one headlight. I spent $540 on a service and no one checks the lights? They had the car for a day and a half how can this happen? I can only imagine what else has not been done. Disappointed but not surprised, my uncle once worked for auto corner and they express that the culture and workmanship still sets the bar pretty low. I have been informed by them, who is a mechanic and previously worked for Auto Corner that lights and filter changes are part of the service for the amount of KMs I was at, however, I had to pay extra for the filter change, and the lights werent checked even when its suppose to be part of the service. An email was sent to them regarding this 5 days ago and still no reply!

Ashleigh has gone beyond the service level I expect to receive, and also provided vehicles when demand has and continues to be extreme. Added to great service has been exceptional communication through all stages of purchasing vehicles for the fleet. A great example of how service standards should be!

I recently had an amazing experience with Tiffany from Hyundai. She was personable, understanding to my situation, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. Tiffany did everything in her power to make the purchase process smooth and easy - everything from the test drive to driving off the lot was easy and stress free. I would recommend Tiffany and Hyundai Mackay for your next car purchase.

Firstly I booked in the car last week and they had forgotten to order the parts and was then changed to the following week on Thursday. Did not get notified until 10:00 of the day I was going to check into the hotel. Then arrive this morning at 7:00 to drop the car off they said it was a few days that they had the car. No was told it would be finished by 4:00 that day. At 11:00 they called to say that they had over booked and the car would not be ready until next week. When I went to pick up the loan car I asked if they had started any repairs on the car they were only painting the part at 11:45. They had the part since the previous Friday and could not be ready or on time. Having come 2 hours to get the car repaired I ended up taking my business elsewhere. No communication among staff and left Isuzu to deal with a Hyundai issue which is very unprofessional. Not recommended at all!
