I initially booked three companies to give me a quote for renovating three Barth rooms (and other small jobs in the house). Steve was the first person to come on-site. After briefly chat with him, I decided to cancel all other appointments. It is because I found Steve is very professional, a great communicator, and an honest person. He provides useful ideas and solutions to my requirements as I have one Barth room that needs to be done as wheel-chair accessible (must meet OT requirements), but I don't want it to looks like a hospital bathroom. He came up with a flexible plan that in future, we could easily transform the bathroom into a modern bathroom when wheel-chair access is no longer needed. I also found Steve has great design taste, knowing what's in trend and what to do to add value to your house. I have entirely left all the worries" to him; the only thing I did was to choose the colours. Now the work has completed; I am more than happy with the result. Steve still calls in to check if there were any small defects to get his team coming to fix them. This shows Steve runs a genuine business
