Domino’s Pizza Yanchep
App was down after trying to place the order twice. Then called the store - was on hold for nearly 3 minutes and then the phone was picked up and I was put back on hold again with no communication. Eventually the call was picked up and I tried to place my order. The girl could not manage the New York Cheese pizza, New York Hawaiian pizza and a vegorama pizza order. After repeating the order to the same girl I was put back on hold and then another girl answered and told me she would have to put my order in again because the other girl couldn’t understand my order. By the time I finally managed to place my order I was outside the store. The youngsters running the store really needed a senior on shift who can actually deal with customers and only allow staff who are competent to answer the phones. They can’t have been that busy as there were only 2 orders ahead of us! Pizzas were at least hot but the staff’s competency leaves a lot to be desired.

I don't think the products you produce can be called pizza. It does not resemble anything a pizza should be. Your pizzas do not have enough cheese, there is no tomatoe base, pizzas are soggy, ingredients unevenly spread and incorrectly balanced, taste either too bland or way too salty, overall very poor quality and not worth the money.

Website & link didn't work. Phone lines terrible! Staff neither Interested in customer enquiries nor do they know there own menu/specials. Large pizza???? Better off getting four $5 pizzas for feed than $40 of disappointment with garlic bread. Limited options, Limited variety, Limited menu catch with already overpriced specials. No value for money or alternatives....

This is by far the best Domino's in Perth. Fantastic and helpful service and their pizzas cannot be compared to any other Domino's as they are just the best, in my opinion ,absolute value for money and super friendly and nice staff.

I seen the add for Pepperoni deluxe and on the add the pizza has a good amount of pepperoni.I ordered one and I’m disappointed.

Multiple staff in kitchen checking personal mobile phones, sucking lollipops and just talking. No real management in sight or they're just oblivious. Always the same. Some customer service and hygiene would go along way. Pizza was ok.

Have ordered Dominos Yanchep on a number of occasions now, and continue to be impressed. Tonight was no different! Warm, delicious pizza delivered so quickly, with impeccable service. Highly recommend!
