Called Jacob to get quote. Received unimpressive texts that appeared like he wasn't even listening to our requests. Def won't be using. Texting potential customers rather than calling is just bad customer service in our opinion.

I’ve used this cleaning company 3 times now and they are very efficient, professional cleaners who do a great job each time. Highly recommend.

We had a house clean done and were very happy with the results. Jacob is extremely thorough and professional. Definitely recommend their services.

Not value for money at all. No attention to detail and fails to clean properly even when it is pointed out. Charges $45 per hour and is very very slow. I paid $270 for 6 hours to clean 2 bathrooms (one barely used) 1 tiled living area, one carpeted living area and a master bedroom and the kitchen. He barely touched the kitchen - just wiping the stove down. He didn’t clean the splash back, sink or wipe the cupboards. He ran a cloth lightly over a few surfaces but missed entire areas of dusting. He bashed all the skirting boards unnecessarily hard when sweeping, vacuuming and mopping. Toilets were still dirty under the rim and he claimed he couldn’t clean that. Didn’t wipe down the outside of the toilets. Splashed toilet water everywhere when showing me he couldn’t clean it and didn’t even try to wipe it up. Basically it took him 6 hours to vacuum, mop and clean 2 shower cubicles. The floor isn’t even properly clean and the grout in the bathrooms is still dirty.

I have found Jacob from Divine Solutions Home Cleaning to be exceptional. He really goes out of his way to please, doing an fabulous job of cleaning our home. My windows have never been so clean! I love that he is so personable and friendly towards my children and that I can trust him to clean our home when we’re not home. The quality of his work is impeccable and the business is very professional and offers great value for money. I cannot recommend Divine Solutions Home Cleaning more highly!

Cannot speak more highly of Jacob @ Divine Solutions, he was able to attend to our needs on short notice. The job was completed at a very high standard and will definitely be a return customer.

Very disappointed. Booked for 3 hours today . Jacob vaccumed & scrubbed down one shower screen for three hours .didn’t even scrub out the toilet or wipe down vanity’s , cleaned the mirrors though , extremely poor eye for detail , I had to check on him numerous times and tell him time was running out and I wanted things done , which was agreed to me at the start of his shift and never got done . failed to mop correctly , he used a dry mop to attempt to clean my tiles which took him over an hour to do and he didn’t even clean correctly, tiles were filthy when he left who uses a dry mop to clean. ?I had to vacuum and mop after he left .$45 an hour and very very slow , please do not book your cleaning services through this company . Very unprofessional and will stay to chew into your money for overtimeWhen I spoke with Jacob at the end of the shift and told him I was very unhappy he became defensive and intimidated me , I had to stand out the front of my home with him to keep him outside .After working over 40 hours this week , with a baby on board I was really looking forward to having this service to my home today and take the load off me for once and sit back and not have to worry for the day about house work . I can’t believe the poor work and lack of cleaning and how SLOW he wasWhen I asked for a number to make a complaint , he wouldn’t give me a number until I told him I needed to talk with someone as I was extremely unhappy .Please do not book this company !Waste of time and really ruined my only day off .Thanks a lot for not much ! .

Jacob is a thorough and detail-oriented cleaner. I trust him to perform all tasks to a high standard, a quality that not all cleaners possess! He likes to have a clear plan ahead of time of what needs to be done and seems to pride himself on completing the work. He did a particularly great job of our windows which were not easy to manoeuvre in and out. Scheduling wise, he is responsive to last minute requests which is handy although less inclined to make bookings further in the future. My kids now ask me if Jacob has been whenever the house looks tidy!
