Naaman helped me inspect a used Yamaha upright piano I was planning to buy from a marketplace seller. He very thoroughly explained the condition of the piano and provided how much it was reasonably worth as well as how much repairs will cost. Naaman turned a much-loved 1979 Yamaha C3 into almost a new piano with a thorough polishing of virtually the entire piano, action regulation and hammer filing and ironing. And it's now protected with a Dampp-Chaser dehumidifier system. Absolutely thrilled with the look and the sound of our new" piano

Naaman has been tuning our studio pianos and providing appropriate repairs for many years. His professional service and attention to detail have been outstanding and we continue to encourage our students to use his services. Naaman has tuned my Alex Steinbach upright piano for quite a few years now. Modest though my piano is, he treats it like a Steinway. Along with his meticulous tuning, Naaman takes care of any basic repairs during his annual visit like a squeaky pedal, buzzing notes, or reattaching the sustain pedal rod. Naaman is honest about what can’t easily be improved, like those dead low notes. At the end of his tuning session Naaman gives my piano a “road test” by playing lovely music to see that everything sounds and feels right. Naaman brings out the best in a piano. Thanks Naaman for your expertise in sorting my daughter’s much loved grand piano, bequeathed by her father. The refurbishing involving the keys, pins and felts meticulously dried and reset and the ‘damp chaser’ installed have already made such a difference. In 2 months when that has settled down and you can come back check things and tune it, we’re sure it will be like a new piano.
