Rhonda and her team are fantastic. Over 25 years, they have kept our menagerie of cats, cocker spaniels,spoodles, cavoodles & poodles in peak condition. Rhonda's professionalism, integrity and compassion have helped us welcome and say goodbye to some beloved pets when the time came as well as a couple of great saves after some naughty doggy misadventures. Rhonda is wonderful, a truly attentive & caring person. I visited today for a consultation & skin check on my dog who’s been experiencing quite some discomfort. Within this same appointment, immediate steps were taken to aid her discomfort, as well as discussion as to an upcoming treatment plan. I felt great confidence in her words, and grateful for her patience with any questions I had. Steph in front desk was also lovely & helpful in booking in our review. Great team, with great hearts. Look forward to returning.

We have been with Rhonda and the team for 25 years, and with 3 dogs over that time. They are fantastic, but I particularly want to call out their care and love for our most recent dog, Jess. A Pyrenean Mountain Dog of some 60 kgs, Jess was larger than life, and had an amazing presence. Rhonda, Steph, Maddy and the whole team were brilliant with her through her more than 12.5 years here with us. As a Giant breed, she was getting old and really starting to struggle recently, and I had to make the call we all hate as pet owners 2 weeks ago. I took her down to them and we sat and went through the process. But this is where it was different - it didn't feel like a process. It was done with love and care - every step of the way. And when it was over, Rhonda and Steph comforted me with genuine feelings. There was no rush or time pressure. I cannot thank them enough, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are such wonderful people. My thanks to them again - we will miss Jess, she gave all so much. She was loved and cared for not just by us, but by this amazing team.

I had an emergency visit for a friend's cat. It was between surgery hours. The vet saw us very quickly & found & treated the problem. Everyone there was kind & helpful which I am very grateful for. Kitty is feeling much better now. Thank you!

Rhonda and the team are great with our anxious dog. Calm, controlled and does what needs to be done while always thinking of the animal. Was happy to do the consult in the waiting area so our dog was more calm. Shout out to Steph at reception too, so calm, friendly and informative. Wish there was facilities there to do surgeries if/when the time comes but that's no fault of the team there !

Great experience at this vet. My dog is a big boy & gets easily excited (making him hard to control!) the staff took extra measures to ensure this didn’t happen. The vet was great with my dog & explained everything I needed to know this will be where I take my boy now.

Tobi loves Rhonda he loves going to the vet couldn't care less about injections as long as he has food in his mouth. Away to Tobi's happiness at the vet is treats. And Rhonda is very patient with Tobi
