When we decided to list we had the odds stacked against us with every house on the street for sale in a declining market. Yet with Mick’s creative marketing we ended up with thousands of views on social media which resulted in us selling our home for asking price within a matter of weeks whilst all the other houses on our street are now nearing one year on the market and still for sale. My experience with Mick in regards to selling my property started well and only got better.....I rang Mick after Googling for real estate agents in Coffs Harbour and then choosing 3 agents from that search that I believed looked and sounded positive.Mick suggested a few suitable times and once we agreed on a time I was pleasantly surprised to see him arrive exactly at the time we had organised. When you have dealt with as many businesses as I have in Coffs Harbour you appreciate this is no small thing.We spent time walking through the property discussing all aspects of the property as well as what I was hoping to achieve. Once completed Mick organised to meet back up with me a few days later to present his findings in regard to my house.I found his presentation to be honest and trustworthy as he didn't just tell me the price I had told him I wanted to achieve but went through various scenarios and what he believed would be the outcome of each. He also as other agents had done presented me with a portfolio about the property, recent sales in the area, etc.At the time of this review I have not yet listed my property but have every intention of listing it with him as he went above and beyond my expectations. Discussing my plans with work friends last week I found 2 others that have sold their properties with Mick and gave me the thumbs up in regards my decision to sell with him.I like to take time out to give a thumbs up to people I believe deserve it and when making such a big decision it is good to see there are agents out there willing to work hard to get the job done right....thanks Mick
