Happy with my car, but the customer service is bad.I have had to chase them up to get any info or updates. I am still chasing the hood emblem for months now with zero communication. Was told that someone will give me a call to provide me with an ETA and I'm still waiting for the call.

Highly Recommend West Orange Motors. Extremely happy with my new car. Daniel the sale man was amazing! He listened to me, what i wanted and worked extremely hard to organise everything in a short amount of time and nothing was to much hassle. Extremely quick to respond to all my questions via sms. Ive purchased many cars over the years and i have to say Daniel is by far the best sales man ive ever encounted. Recently purchased a new Pajero and from the onset of the enquiry the salesman made it very clear that he wanted our business and to that end he was true to his word. We had quite a few accessories fitted and there where some challenges however they worked through these and the end result was 100% . The accessories manger & his team did a A-grade job as did the salesman - have have no hesitation in recommending Orange Mitsubishi
