Will never see the inside of that store again . Don't keep you updated. Don't return calls. The installer of my aircon removed all the old copper without my permission or say-so which means they stole it

I have been in this store a few times and at least twice I have been treated with utmost disrespectful and rudeness.Staff are arrogant and belittling. I would rather drive to Adelaide and spend my money there than give these people my money.One incident involved staff laughing at an appliance I needed fixing and then shaming me because it stopped working.Disgusting attitudes

Went in a bought a TV got it home only to find it was broken. Was able to take it back and have them swap it over for them to only blame me and my partner for it breaking. But there waiting at the pick up section it is no wonder the tv we got was broken with the way they carry their stock and wave it around the way one Wolter was who walked through. This also happened to another women who got any through them it came broken also. So just be careful when making a purchase through this store.

Great team and warm, friendly and welcoming staff that are always quick to offer advice and find the best products to suit your preference and needs. I bought a fridge from here on Monday the salesperson (man) was in my opinion arrogant and ignorant. Perhaps he shouldn’t have said “can I help you?” because I doubt he was sincere with his offer of help. He also talked to me with his back turned, basically he was mumbling. They say shop locally, support the local community, well I don’t think I’ll be going back there.
