At such a difficult time in our lives, Picaluna Funerals made the whole experience so much better. From the first call with Shelly, I knew we'd chosen the right place. She was there with us from just before my mum passed, until after her funeral, gently guiding us along the way. Her warmth, kindness and compassion made us feel safe and comforted. Shelly was extremely respectful and accommodating of all our requests. She presented us with some options for the care of our Mum's remains which we didn't even know was possible, but which has made all the difference in helping us through our grieving process. The funeral itself exceeded our expectations. The audio visual tributes at the ceremony, and having it live streamed, all managed by Stephen, meant that our friends and family from overseas, and those locally who could not leave home, were able to be part of it. So many people at the funeral spoke to us afterwards to say it had been the most beautiful and elegant funeral service they had ever been too. We couldn't recommend Picaluna, and Shelly, any more highly. Thank you very much.

Shelly’s warm gentle personality and focused guidance enabled us to create a beautiful and relevant funeral service for my 100 year old mum. She covered every detail including a beautiful order of service booklet and a heart warming photo story. Webcasting meant relatives from interstate and overseas could attend. Shelly took the stress out of the process and was always there with a delicious warm laugh. I felt grateful and relieved to have found Shelly and Picaluna. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
