A rude female owner, shop girl perfectly pleasant if not under qualified seeing as she was not authorised or allowed to give refunds in the owners absence (which is frequent).The owner popped out to get a tea, so I was asked to wait, after 15 minutes and several calls to the owners mobile which was turned off, the shopgirl asked if we could go and have a cup of tea and then return, I did an hour later and still the owner was out.The owner refuses to give refunds on faulty items and tries to force you to take a replacement item or credit note. Your consumer rights are the same as in the uk - if you ask for a refund you are entitled to it if the item is faulty. Clearly this business is not reliant on repeat business and trades to exploit holiday makers. Unfortunately my family are local and news of the beyond bad service I received at this shop will be spreading the locality like wildfire.
