Priority Electrical , arrived when they said they would , done a great job installing the Air conditioning, not a problem , thoroughly recommend this Company.

They did a $250 Test and Report for a ducted system that was 2 lines on the invoice. Communication was unclear, rude and aggregressive.They were also over the quoted price on a split system install.

Aaron combines value for money with professionalism really well - he and the team were flexible with my job. Timely with getting it done and thoroughly upfront and honest along the way. Would certainly recommend.

Aaron was great at communicating and quoting for 2 new Daikin split systems.They have just been installed by a team who turned up on time, well presented and worked well together whilst respecting our home and doing a thorough clean up when finished.We will not hesitate to use Priority Electrical again for future work. 2 other companies asked to quote on the job have still not contacted us… excellent service all round by Priority Electrical.

Well.... seems like you blocked me. It's ok, I won't follow you for anything. I have other options available to me as a consumer. On your last msg you' ve mentioned that you ve installed the unit as per my budget. I need to point out to you that I got a quote and although it wasn't the cheapest I ve accepted it as I have had a good experience when your company did another job for me with another installer. I never asked for a discount or tried to get a cheaper quote. Having said that, you installed the unit with no drainage ( place a pot plant under it) was the best suggestion you ve came up with and then you ve placed the outside unit right under my bedroom window and in the middle of part of my balcony. Making half that area useless. You ve never asked and by the time I ve realised it was too late. Also I felt threaten by the way you conducted yourself because it was hard to drill as you ve never bother yo find out before providing a quote what type of wall it was. So I had to pay an extra $75.00 because of your lack of skill and professionalism. This was now my problem. So thank you for the offer to change the unit and rectified the bad job you ve done for a cost of $400.00. I will not pay you one extra dollar. Having said all that... by you blocking my message in msgr it shows character, a lack of responsibility, unprofessionalism and a person with no decency and integrity, a person that is not trustworthy. Hope people realised this and think twice before engaging your services. I ll make sure my voice will be heard. I m old and kind but by no means I am stupid, you ve got confused!

Honestly couldn't recommend Aaron and the team at Priority Electrical enough for the incredible work they did at installing not only fans in each of the rooms in our home but undertaking the task of also putting in 4 new air conditioning units throughout the house as well. They ensured we were getting the right systems for the right rooms, going over the minor details before placing any orders and had all the systems and additional equipment required delivered to the house before installation began to make the process that much easier. We’ll be going through Priority Electrical for any further work required on our home in the future, amazing work team!

I contacted Priority Electrical for a quick quote and asked if they can install within a couple of days as I was heading overseas. Upon agreeing with the price for a 14KW ducted Daikin system, the team arrived early on the agreed date that we have discussed and quickly install the system fast and efficiently.The guys who installed the system are very professional yet very friendly. My dog who was there during the installation loves to guys who also had some time to make friends with them.

Aaron was very responsive to our initial enquiry and discussed in detail our requirements for ducted air conditioning. The installation went exceptionally well and the guys communicated the whole way through around placement or outlets etc. everything ran smoothly and the Team very professional. We would highly recommend Priority Electrical to get the job done.
