Dry Cleaning. I have used the dry cleaning service for over 3 years and have never had a problem. The man in charge is always helpful, honest and provides great cleaning advice in accordance with the garments fabric and care instructions. Always willing to repeat the clean should it be necessary with the more difficult fabrics such as silk.

NEVER GO HERE!! I was incredibly devastated to find my expensive silk dress had been damaged after taking it here to get dry cleaned. There was absolutely no customer service or responsibility taken by the owner and I would hate for anyone to go through what I have because I’m still yet to be compensated or given a solution for this matter. It’s not worth the risk, please take your business elsewhere. I wish I had of seen the bad reviews prior to going here.

Very disappointed. The quilt had some stains that did’t have before.I also noticed some inconsistencies with pricing which I hadn’t paid attention in the past.I will never use this dry cleaner again.

The guy damaged my expensive clothes then says it’s not his problem and some long story that makes no sense and had to argue for him to fix the damaged button. Won’t bother going back to Bad Bentley the Buttler.

Very happy with the service. I handed a white dress shirt in at Bentley The Butler Moonee Ponds late on the day prior to a wedding (my own disorganisation), and Bentley The Butler had it looking sharp and ready to go by 12 pm the following day. I was very thankful they were able to prioritise this for me and appreciated that they accommodated my situation. I will continue to use this service and would recommend it to others.

Have been going to this place for years, have overlooked niggles but recently took partners beloved wool hat to be cleaned and came back misshaped and ill fitted when it was previously “the” pride and joy. When I mentioned it to the staff I was told it was the fabric, it was fine and maybe my partners hair had grown. Ummmm.Very sad. When I asked if there was insurance or if it can be repaired I was told, no insurance for this as they could say “it was like that before” and who would insurance believe.So now my partner is sad that their hat from a family trip to NYC Is damaged and no remedy was made possible! I am sad that I chose this place to clean it.

Posh name but unfortunately the experience was disappointing to say the least. We brought in an expensive tailored, white wedding jacket that was smudged in some spots with make up for dry cleaning. The owner mentioned that the standard dry cleaning process may not remove the smudges entirely and proceeded to upsell special chemicals that would remove stains and quoted a price of $30+ for the job. We thought pricing was over the top for 1 piece but decided to proceed anyway to save the hassle of going elsewhere. After paying $35, picked it up the following week and to our frustration some smudging remained on the jacket. There was no feedback during pick up to state they couldn't remove everything, just handed us the jacket, took payment and said nothing. After reading other negative reviews of this business we concur wholeheartedly after the experience. First and definitely the last time using this business :(

Destroyed my leather jackets. Advertises that they clean leather but they just dry clean it like other garments which is not how you’re supposed to clean leather. Will be going to VCAT. Owner refused to take responsibility.
