Bought in their Due North Apartment project. One month later googled the project and they had been trying to sell it as they couldn't get the finance to develop. They never told us - I stumbled upon it. When challenged admittedly they were struggling. Luckily we could get out of the contract on a technicality. Took months to get the money back as they had already invested it. So so lucky to not end up burnt by these guys. Stay clear.

Build with Kinkaid Homes, Have been great, completed on time, got regular updates during my build. Paul was amazing going through everything on hand over, gardens, etc. Quality of the build was great, very happy overall
