He always kept us in the loop and always got back to us in no time. We were never anxious throughout and we’re so happy with our first home. Even our externally hired building inspector was impressed with the quality of construction managed by Ethan. So glad that we chose New Generations to build our first home. For us we had been turned off building multiple times due to pushy consultants always pressuring you to not think and just sign now and embed that FOMO with fear tactic sales. Since first meeting Jess in the New Generation Display home Jess has been nothing but lovely. Was never pushy or made us feel like we had to rush into any decisions. Jess had been so patient with us in coming up with ideas and finding the ideal block of land to build on. Jess From New Gen has gone above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the build design and never pressured us any step of the way making us feel at ease and comfortable. We look forward to having Jess by our side through the building process. Jess has built our trust and has been very honest/transparent through the decision process. We are 10 months in and nearing the pointy end of our build journey. We're at the lock up stage and I can say it's been a pretty smooth process thus far. Our experience to date has been very good. I have to commend the team working in the backend at New Generation Homes/Summit Homes, all the tradesman, the quality of work and the supervisors coordinating & overseeing our job. I understand we do get the occasional delay, but it's honestly gone unnoticed from our point of view. I still have the regular contact with our awesome Sales Consultant Chris who's always keen to hear of the progress, and I also know I have the lovely Carrie who's at the end of the phone or email if I have any questions. On top of that since our build has commenced, we've had a few supervisors through the various build stages who have all kept us well informed about the progress. I want to give a shout out to our current supervisor Andrew, he's been very accommodating with all my calls and queries and I really appreciate his patience and effort to keep me in the loop with the progress. It's these small things that go such a long way to keep the customer happy. So thank you team for going above and beyond for us, we now can't wait to see the finished product and hand over !!

We decided to build our home at an extremely busy time through the pandemic. This lead to wait times out of ours or Summit’s control. Given these wait times (which were to be expected), I cannot fault Summit’s service and the end result of our beautiful home. Everything has been done with the utmost attention to detail. They went above and beyond in making our dream come true!! Huge shout out to our sales guy Andy and our building supervisor Pascal who were always friendly and easy to get along with. We were so scared at times building during the pandemic. We had heard a lot of scary things happening to people. From price increases to houses never being finished or falling apart! I was so relieved none of these issues affected us at all. Summit was always true to their word and fair to us. We couldn’t be happier!! Thank you for a stunning home for our family!
