When I first started with the company I didn't know but now I know I got and get 10000%care surport I need anytime in my life Vicky and randy and two fantastic people who put a good team of workers with me and I can't say anything bad at alltTHNK YOU for everything you all have done with wear I am now in life

Would defiantly recommend this service , they have great attention to detail and alway have time to address any concerns or issues, caring and very approachable , great knowledge of the ndis with a lovely personal touch , can’t recommend grevillia care enough.

Randy has all his family and friends giving him great reviews,, he asked me to give him a great review,,, pttt it's against the law Randy and all who have given misleading reviews will be dealt with by law that is so wrong,, we on ndis have disability,s we need a true organisation who actually care and help,, shame on all of you,, even the support worker's absolutely have no idea what's so ever

It's hard to rate a company like this with only 5 stars. They deserve 100 stars! I have been with them for two years and they are well deserving of this 5 star rating. They helped me understand my plan and have helped me get the services that I need. They have done so much for me over this time. I will be forever grateful. Especially, Vicki. She has been tireless in her efforts to help me reach my goals. If you need a company that you can trust and will support you, every step of the way, grevillea is that company.

When I first received NDIS support I was somewhat bewildered by the whole process. I was handed a list of potential support coordinators and told to choose one. After about fifteen calls, I made one to Grevillea Care and Vicky answered. After a short chat, I asked if I could visit the office as I had no idea what I was doing with all the NDIS stuff. She said yes and twenty minutes later I was there and she kindly guided me through the whole process. Needless to say, I asked her to be my coordinator to which she agreed.That was almost a year ago and the service, care and professionalism since has been outstanding. I'm sure I've called with many dumb questions but Vicky has always been on hand to help and guide me to a resolution.I can't recommend Grevillea Care, Vicky and all the lovely staff and support workers highly enough. They really have tailored their service to my particular needs and as a result my life has improved dramatically.If you're looking for an honest, down to earth and grounded support service with old school values and integrity, Grevillea is definitely worth the call.

The support provided by them has been very good, the support workers have made it fun while supporting me. Angela my specialised support coordinator has been very nice to be working with me, she helped me to save money and to participate in the supports I need.nothing is difficult for her, she is always on the other end of the phone to listen, support and find solutions
