I was attended by Celina, excellent service, I was able to get what I was looking for without a problem, thank you very much Celina!

My Partner was charged for 3 medications but upon coming home we discovered receipt of TWO only. He went back to the Pharmacy only to be told that this medicine is out of stock!! ( then why charge for it? ) A Telephone call +waiting on the line and after repeating the story to different members of staff, I was finally told that this medication will be available the following day. I made another phone call the following day, and spoke to Jai the Manager. We agreed that I should come at a certain time in the afternoon to collect the medicine from the Manager at the Counter. When I came all the way from home at the nominated time, the manager was not at the Pharmacy. Some staff said she went to the Warehouse to get my medicine but when they called the Warehouse she was not there. Staff tried to call her on the Mobile but there was no response. Before leaving I decided to double check with the Pharmacist and ....there it was waiting for me in the box. I was asked to pay for it but insisted ( with receipts in my hand) that I have already paid for it the previous day and never received it...etc... I will not shop there anymore and suggest to everyone to check the contents of what you have been charged for before leaving the Pharmacy.... This is not the service I was used to years ago from this establishment.

I asked for a pap smear test that I see advertised after 10minutes they advised me to try randwick shop. When they didn't know if randwick does the test

Great range of products and I love their clearance bins out the front. The chemist is often busy so I suggest to leave your prescriptions, do your shopping and come back. They're a great pharmacy and the staff are always friendly. The only downfall is that they only have one chair for people waiting. I have mobility issues and cannot stand for long so if that chair is taken, it makes it hard for me to wait.

Went in to upload my overseas vaccination certificate to the AIR for a driving test. Staff were competent and did it within a day.

Neat and organised store. Was served by Rosie who had exceptional customer care and gave professional and friendly service!

It's been a while I want to say sth here that got me very upset.I got a medication a few months ago authorized by the government and I put Blooms Chemist to be the pharmacy I wanted to pick it up from as they had to send it somewhere.Anyway, I went there twice and they never found it nor refunded me or anything. The person who sent me the email was not there, no one knew where the medication was, etc, etc. A whole mess.I needed the medication as I'm struggling with a lot of issues, paid almost $300 for it but never even saw its colour.Really despising the way all of this was treated. Absolutely no attention to the customer.
