Spoke to Frank who was requesting a parts quote for a BMW! He is extremely rude & arrogant over the phone! Left a 1 star review on my business as we decided to tell Frank to take his business elsewhere as people do not deserve to be spoken to in the way Frank believes is acceptable!

First time ever reviewing on google. But i had to for this one. Said i needed 3 new tyres, charged me $800. One day later had a flat tyre. took it into 2 tyre shops. they adv me 3 need to be changed as they are really old stock and defect tyres. the one i didn't change was the only good one. avoid this place. if you try to talk to them, they yell at you and get aggressive on you

I have visited this repair shop twice in the last two years. The first time, I had a tire with a nail in it that needed to be pulled out, and it cost me $70-$80. The second time, I needed to get my vehicle's RWC. but the price they quoted me was higher than the market price. Additionally, my airbag light was on, and one of the mechanics told me that I had to replace the airbag, but it turned out to be just an issue with the clock spring, which I got fixed at another repair shop. The only good thing" about this shop is that they are not always busy. However

I went to this mechanic twice for road worthy certificates and paid both times. I am outraged at their customer service I was faced with racism and discrimination and disgusting behaviour. They did not provide me with the services I paid for instead they verbally abused me and denied me services. I am completely shocked that in 2023 I am being discriminated against. This is the most appalling business and deserves to be out of business they don’t understand the concept of customer service let alone human decency. I want to tell anyone who comes across this review to boycott them and their business they waste peoples time and money.

It’s a shame I can’t give zero star here, I went for RWC and I’ve met with Frank, the rudest and racist mechanic in Melbourne. And that’s not even it. He charged me almost double than that we agreed on first place. He kept the car for a week just because he didn’t like me(that’s what he said) and found extra expenses almost every day. I have already made my complaints to authorities and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

I had my air conditioning re gassed today at VAS and tbh I've waited longer in drive through for a coffee. It was my second visit over the years and both times I have been really satisfied with the service. Prices are really competitive as well. Great service + great prices means I'll definitely be a return customer.

Your experience can’t be worst by going in this place. You will come out with much more problems in your car and surprisingly, less stuff of you. Clearly you don’t want to be yelled at by a racist, dodgy and really dangerous man when there is facts that he’s a thief.
