I want to let you know that I am quite happy with the installation of solar panels job by HDC Electrical and Solar.Your blokes arrived on time and got right to work. As a tradie myself I was impressed with the way they quickly worked out their plan of attack, divided up the job and then worked all day.All of your installers were pleasant and chatty as they worked and there was an absence of the boof-head behaviour that can come with a group of tradies.I am pleased with the quality of their work and their clean up at the end of the job

HDC Electrical installed our Solar System. They were punctual, professional and very helpful with the setting up of the system. Since the Solar has been installed we have a couple of minor leaks, with all the storms we have had. Renee from the office is super nice and so helpful, getting someone out the same day I rang her, a service a lot of other companies could learn from. I could not recommend this company more.

Highly recommend!Very professional compaly all round. Customer service is excellent, installers were safe, competent and had good communication. I've had a lot of interaction with tradies recently and this company were the only one that actually let you know when they'll turn up to your property, and do actually turn up!

They explained the solar installation process and held our hand throughout, going above and beyond to ensure we qualified for every rebate that was applicable. Their installation team were fantastic. The quotation and proposal was in-depth with plenty of information, we received plenty of help and details regarding rebates, and the installation was efficient and didn't affect our business trade. Cam and the gang did a fantastic job installing a 6.6kW system on our home in Upwey. The solar installation was done in one day and went smoothly. Follow up issues with getting permission to export electricity to the grid were dealt with by Renee and the team efficiently. They handled all the paperwork (and there is a LOT of paperwork with solar). Best of all, zero complaints about us living on a hill with loads of steps up to the property. This is highly unusual when dealing with tradies and deliveries where we live and perhaps shows why it is good to go with a local company!

Cam and the team at HDC are fantastic. Professional, helpful, responsive, no issue to complex for them to help with. Installation went like a dream and they helped me out with some internal electrics too. We haven't had our first post solar install bill but we can see on our app that our panels are taking the bulk of our day usage, and that our electric bill will definitely be down. Would highly recommend.
