Precious Cargo Education Montessori Early Learning
My daughter has been here for 8 months and has struggled every day. The main reason for this is the high staff turnover. She has had 3 different room leaders in this time and all the other staff are either moving around between rooms constantly or I'm just seeing brand new faces. This has impacted her ability to form trusting relationships with her carers in addition to other things. Considering it's a new centre the cleanliness could also be significantly improved.

My daughter has been going since she was 9 months (now 4). The staff that work there are very polite. The team leaders in each room are absolutely amazing! Kamal (waddlers), Alia (pre-kindy) and Sam (kindy) are fantastic and really care about the children. I just wish there was less staff turnover (this has been the case since my daughter started and was the worst during the lockdowns) and that the menu was consistent and plentiful (one day they didn't have enough food to go around and at other times the children are fed only sandwiches). Other than that, i can't fault the centre.
