Didn't accept voucher due to 'the virus'. No signs posted anywhere before ordering to say this. Was very rude when I asked where the sign was. Her excuse for being rude? People have been rude to her. (Wendy - store manager)

The quality of the fillings did not seem fresh enough and the way the sub was put together was very rough and uneven in its preparation. If over large handfuls of olives and jalepenos are what you like, over bombarding any of the rest of your sandwich then definitely the place for you. If you prefer a more balanced salad where you can enjoy the flavours all together as a tasty meal forget it.

The manager (wendy) was extremely rude to me and her employees, i witnessed her yelling at this poor young lady for putting too much lettuce on a customers sub. I found thus very unprofessional to yell at an innocent girl especially in front of customers

Ordered chicken classic and bacon for long sub today and not realising the girl didn't heat the chicken or bacon up before toasting, turns out my son that ate it had vomited . Now concerned he could have food poisoning.

Decided to get subway for the first time in agesAbsolutely poor service the girl was so rude and disrespectful, throwing the food down on the counter and said their you go,The wrap fell apart wasn’t even made probablyWas too worried about talking to her co-workersNo hat on and no name badge!She had black hair!

A good stop for a quick, healthy meal option.Usually plenty of parking available.Seating available inside or outdoors.Always a large variety on the menu board and pretty good value for money for what your sub roll is loaded up with.I'm a big fan of the meatballs with added salami, cheese and jalapenos topped with hot chili sauce.

This Subway stands out among the other Subway restaurants in Newcastle. The staff are extremely friendly and personal. They pay attention to you when taking your order and remember regulars' orders. The assistant manager is usually on hand and remembers my order exactly. All staff are also very consistent with the quality of food they prepare. Other restaurants vary, but this restaurant is more particular about serving size and presentation than others.I always stop by for lunch when I'm in the area, and will drive a little further to come here over other Subways.
