A shout out at to the team at Miss Mexicana in Wynnum for looking after our mums recently on our night out. The food was fresh and tasty and the cocktails were delicious! Thanks for the friendly service and making us feel so welcome.Highly recommend as a location for a group night out!

Tonight was a really lovely experience. I’m not usually a huge Mexican fan but miss Mexicana has converted me. The venue is very aesthetic and welcoming and the staff are brilliant. You can choose to order through a QR scanner or have table service too for those who love to have that option. The food was so tasty and the meat was very tender. It almost felt like you wanted more than was on your plate, however in saying that, the portions were enough to fill you. I really recommend this to anyone who isn’t such a fan but also highly recommend for those who love their Mexican.

Had the pleasure of having dinner here a few weeks ago. The atmosphere was really good and the staff were welcoming. We were a group of four and decided to get a selection of entree’s and street food to share. Oh my goodness, everything was absolutely delicious. The aji sauce they serve with the crispy pork belly is to die for. We all fought over it – I would recommend asking for a larger serve if that’s possible. Sadly they wouldn’t give us the recipe.When staff came over to see how we were going, they offered our designated driver a mocktail on the house.If I didn’t live in Perth, I would totally become a regular here.

Appealing decor in upstairs dining room with very friendly service staff. Having to order online from a web menu using your smartphone after scanning a QR code conveys more of a ‘fast food’ experience than ‘dining in’ (as service staff are mere ‘delivery’ messengers). Cocktails very ‘light on the pour’ for $18 per drink. Food of pedestrian quality and massively over-priced for what you receive. Definitely NOT ‘authentic’ Mexican cuisine. Will probably be quite successful as this suburban Bayside area has long been starved for ‘Mexican’ - the very concept is powerful. Going forward I will likely have only an occasional drink at the street-level bar but won’t be back for the retail formula food. Had high hopes going in but reluctantly disappointed after dropping $100+ for two small meals with drinks.

Great staff, great service, good portions. Yummy food. Staff were attentive and food came out about 10-15 minutes after ordering. About 7 pm on a Saturday night.Has had poor reviews in the past but it is evident that they have taken feedback onboard.Cornchips and guac was fresh and flavourful as part of the nachos.Cocktail and wine were good portions for cost.

This place is fine as a Mexican restaurant but unfortunately the food wasn't all that exciting for the price. Cocktails were a little bit pricier at $18 but they were fine too. The venue's atmosphere was also fine but what made the place really pop was the servers. We had two girls in the upstairs area (one was just doing her first ever shift) and they were fantastic! So all in all, food was fine, drinks were fine and service was great. I liked the place, but wouldn't make it a usual trip.

Headed to Miss Mexicana for their reopening and what a fantastic experience! The food was presented beautifully and full of flavour, the service was excellent and super friendly. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a great Mexican feel and the tables are spacious and comfortable for a big group like ours.Our favourite dishes were definitely the pork belly bites (we had to reorder another portion because the first went so fast), the pan fried salmon (which comes with a mouth watering mango salsa), the tamale bowl and all of the tacos! Everything else we saw head out to other tables also all looked incredible.Will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely loved my evening at Miss Mexicana. Customer service was on point. We sat upstairs, the vibe and atmosphere was amazing. Loved our meals & enjoyed the cocktails. Dessert was delicious. The staff actually enjoyed being there and gave a great experience. Nice to see the. interacting with each other really well. Can't wait to head back. Couldn't have asked for a better night.
