Went shopping there today and after more than ten minutes I was asked to present proof of vaccination!I wasn't able to provide the proof so I was asked to leave the store.Which I did without any issues. The staff member suggested I order online.I took the time to suggest to him that if EVERYONE ordered online he'd be out of a job...not sure he understood that concept.I've shopped in the Grafton store countless times since the first day of opening but never again. In-store or online BCF will never see another cent of my money again!

I was in heaven, went in looking 4 a new tent. Lovely Man served me & showed me just the tent I've always wanted & of course I had fun buying even more goodies there. Thanks Boys, awesome experience.

Staff were extremely helpful and the range was fantastic. We had a lead that needed an Anderson plug crimped on. I asked if they had a crimping tool, which they didn't but gave me directions to an autoelectrician.Topped up our gas bottle and helped us out with mozzie repellant. Very good knowledge of the local area as well.

Our Roof racks clamps broke on evening we were leaving was about 1 hour before closing time - young bloke was a great help didn't have anything in stock for our car but great experience and help.
