Regularly visit this Kintaro, have had nothing but good experiences. Sushi on the train is generally fresh, and they usually have a wide variety made or avaliable to order.

Food is good and great location however, service can be patchy. Feel like we are bothering them sometimes by being there but other times, they are great.Update: have been in a few times recently and service is fine.

Went to Colonades Kintaro.The food was really great.But the waiter staff were rather rude. We asked where we could sit and they didn’t even turn around and acknowledge just talked to us with their back turned.Would give 5 stars for the food but the service let them down.

Best sushi chain in Adelaide. Fresh ingredients and delicious flavours. I order off the menu for a fresh serve. Staff is nice and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend visiting Kintaro.

**Updated Oct 2022*Arrived at 6pm on a Friday expecting it to be packed out but luckily we beat the dinner rush. Plenty more dishes on the train, nice and fresh too. Great range and variety. Wait staff were busy but provided quick and courteous service. We noticed overall price has gone up a bit now but if you join the Kintaro club and get a card you can quickly accumulate points to get $$ off your bill.**Original post mid 2022**Long time loyal patrons, eagerly awaited the new revamp of Kintaro. We went for dinner and it was buzzing with people. Unfortunately, there are still some issues to sort out.There was hardly any variety let alone plates on the new sushi train. We kept seeing the same unwanted dishes again and again. The people who ordered food around us were kept waiting for so long that some gave up on their dishes. There seemed to be enough waiting staff. Perhaps the kitchen needs more people to cater to demand. I do hope they sort out these kinks cos we would love to keep coming.

Fresh, tasty food, ideal for a different experience. Not as expensive as you would think. Watch the colour of the plates and you won't get a nasty surprise on the bill. Great selection of flavours and textures.

Amazing food and service. I go here at least once a week! Anyone I meet that loves sushi I bring here and they always say it’s the best sushi they’ve ever tried! Well worth the trip. I always get the crispy chicken and avocado rolls! $4 for 6! The soy sauce is the best I’ve ever had and their dinks are amazing!You can order online for takeaway, go inside and grab takeaway or go in and enjoy the restaurant. There is something for everyone here!
