Jess and James made what was a very stressful situation for my dad late on a Sunday evening after already quite a tragic week, very easy and super fuss free.James was so efficient, incredibly kind and compassionate. I can’t thank James enough for his beyond epic support and service. Thank you for taking good care of my dad and easing his embarrassment about putting the wrong fuel in his truck. Placed petrol in my diesel car. Call the company and was greeted with a very helpful lady who explained how they can help, Josh then rang me to let me know his received my information, and advised when he could arrive, then call when he was close to tell me his 10 mins away. When Josh arrived he was helpful and explained what he needed to do and reasured me that he could remove the fuel without any damaged to my engine. Really helpful and happy to help.Thanks guys, 5 star service

This is an absolute god-send service.There in 30-40 minutes and was looked after by Michael who was outstanding in every respect. Phone call and advice in transit, arrived on time, really approachable, freely gave advice and definitely knew his stuff. He was great and a credit to the business. Had me back on the road with no issues in no time at all. Highly recommend this business if you’re ever in need.

I had a rental truck from Budget, and mistakingly I put unleaded instead of diesel when topping up prior to returning. Mike saved the day, was very courteous and friendly and got me back on the road quick smart, after draining the contaminated fuel from the tank. It saved me a possible $7000 damage bill. He called me 15 min before arriving, and was given a fast ETA which was a great response. Highly recommended.
