Very bad experience, tried to call to speak & someone all day, no answer on the 1300 phone number at all! Finally got an answer late afternoon & the employee had a very rude impatient tone, was told that the call had to be transferred to someone else and was then disconnected! Terrible customer service I bought the product elsewhere at hare & forbes machinery and had a very good experience with them. Would never deal with SMENCO again.
