Horrible experience here. The older women who tried to take blood butchered both of my arms with multiple extremely painful attempts before failing and telling me to go try with someone else at a different clinic. She accepted a delivery while performing the blood test and had to pull the needle out to receive it then came back for another attempt. Completely unprofessional and so rude the entire time. This person should not be practicing.

Same thing like other reviews happened to my wife. The pathology opens at 8am, she arrived at 8:10am, with number 7, knowing there are 6 people before her, she decided to wait. The first patient took approx 40mins, the second one another 30 mins. All you can hear is the staff is chatting and not aware of other people are waiting, has no respect of other people’s time at all, very unprofessional. After being there waiting for 90 mins , my wife decided to leave. longest wait for pathology service for us. I know I will expecting a reply asking me to send an email, I won’t be bother to. By looking at the others review, it looks like no changes at all after years.

Incompetent old lady lecturing and blaming patients for her lack of skills

Very unprofessional behaviour, old lady was talking to her friend for 30 mins, kept patients waiting in waiting room and when I complained that ppl are fast here need to do the test ASAP, she shot the door on my face rudely. Not recommended at all. So unprofessional and rude.

After waited for 40 minutes, lady said that she can't see anyone. She might have told me earlier. I need to give 0 rating for her behavior. 1 is too high for her.

Unprofessional staff

Gosh! I cannot believe the reviews I have read! Beyond rude, I have only ever had to wait a tad over 1/2 an hour as the patient before needed bloods, urine and ECG! She was rushed off her feet and working on her own only then need to deal with impatient rude people that expect immediate attention as they have things to do. I’ve had good service every time from a very kind and caring nurse.
