I just received an RF Skin Tightening Facial from Kristine at the Port Melbourne Salon, and can’t rate this treatment highly enough! It was so relaxing, that I nearly fell asleep! I can see immediate results, and I look forward to visiting the super friendly team for my future treatments!

Feeling smooth Moonee Ponds is a beautiful friendly salon. All the staff are so warm and welcoming, always so helpful.Kimberley was so professional and help me to feel comfortable and relaxed, For my bikini Wax. Also today I experienced the carbon facial for the first time, something completely different to what I have had in the past. I am loving the results so happy my treatments. Wonderful Salon filled with wonderful people. I've been visiting the Port Melbourne Salon for around 5 years now and Jess and the team take very good care of me. I'm a particular fan of the Dermapen treatments and products, the perfect lift for a tired mum face! Jess has such a light touch that the skin needling hurts less than the waxing!! Could not recommend more.

I have been going to Feeling Smooth for a while now for facials and waxing. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and I love my treatments. Would highly recommend. :)

I had a lash lift recently and the next day my lashes snapped off and were completely fried. I called the salon and explained and was asked to come in so they could take a look. The lady I spoke to was in denial that this was the salons fault, asking what medication I was on and saying it must have been because I had lash extensions a few months back (which I had told the therapist prior to the lash lift). I was told “for my next lash lift they will include a free conditioner”. I absolutely will not be paying for another lift to have my lashes fried off and and would at the very least, expect a refund for my $100 spent on this. I live locally and have been to the salon multiple times, very disappointed with the customer service and my lashes look terrible. Wish I could share photos of before and after! I sent them to the business Instagram page and received no reply. Do not recommend.
