Lombard Party & Events Moorabbin

I went to purchase balloons this afternoon, but unfortunately, the staff was very impatient and not helpful. Despite my efforts to ask for assistance, the staff member seemed annoyed and unwilling to provide any help. I found this experience to be quite disappointing, as good customer service is important to me. I would have appreciated a more welcoming and helpful attitude from the staff. Overall, my experience at this store was not a positive one, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others based on this encounter

Hired a Helium tank and left the nozzle on the tank when I returned the bottle. The woman behind the counter berated me that I broke the nozzle, yeah I probably was told that on the Friday night when I hired the bottle made a mistake and left it on. But there is a way to advise people that it was to be taken off prior to return you don’t talk to someone like they are dirt on their shoe, the nozzel looked the same to me. The nozzle looked like it went to war IT WAS WORN AND DIRTY gave it back in the same condition, looked like it was very old but I didn’t take photos when I picked up the item, please take photos of the nozzle if you do hire from here you will loose your deposit. Never will come back as she was rude when I returned the bottle. She didn’t even give me the nozzel back since I am the proud owner of a broken nozzel they will probably use it again…. BECAREFUL

Received Lombard's Halloween brochure in mail Tuesday and I was straight online ordering things!!! What a fantastic range but what hooked me where the trick or treat items. I brought heaps and such good value that when the order arrived 2 days later I brought some more! For example, 28 Halloween pumpkin pops $7.99 and Vampire Blood Gum 120 pieces $7.99. Just unfortunate that some lollies available in-store only.

Aloha to Lombard Party and Events Moorabin - Almost Found My Hawaiian Paradise!So, I went to Lombard Party and Events Moorabin to find the perfect Hawaiian table mat for our luau-themed shindig, and let me tell you, it was like stepping into a party wonderland! I was greeted by the friendliest staff members who seemed to know everything about throwing the ultimate bash. But alas, my search for that special Hawaiian table mat came up short.Now, don't get me wrong, their location is super convenient, and they've got all sorts of party gadgets that'll make you feel like you've just hula-ed into celebration heaven. But when it came to my specific quest for that tropical table mat, it was like trying to find a coconut tree in Antarctica!But hey, no hard feelings, Lombard! You still managed to put a smile on my face, and I left the store feeling like I'd just had a mini Hawaiian vacation, minus the table mat. So, I'm giving you 4 stars for being a fantastic one-stop party shop with a friendly and knowledgeable staff that could probably plan an epic luau in their sleep - just remember to stock up on those Hawaiian table mats next time, ok? Mahalo!

Unhelpful. My husband went into the store today, hoping to purchase a few specific items for my son’s birthday…he asked for help 3 times and shrugged off…no offer to look up to see if they had the stock, which stores might have it etc.Called up the lovely staff at the Cranbourne and Fountain Gate stores who were so helpful.

The team at Lombards were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in their approach to our last minute prop hire enquiry. Lynny and Alex went above and beyond to assist when certain items were not available. The set up and pick up were seamless and the result was perfect.Thanks to all involved!
