Poor customer service online, having not replied twice to two seperate enquiries. Went into the store to buy a fence and weren’t prepared to help me, pick ups shut at 3:30 and I was there at 3:25, and they said they could help me with 30 minutes remaining. Customer service seems to be non existent these days and this is a prime example.

Review for Island ThatchVery disappointed with post install service follow ups. Would not recommend.It has been less than 12months since we had a Thatch Roof installed. Have had an issue with the thatching breaking away.Have had one contractor return to assess and fix but demanded payment for something that should be covered under warranty.Have tried contacting many times to have this ongoing issue resolved but all requests have been ignored.Post Sale and Install Customer Service is not on the priority list.Would think twice before dealing with this company.John Z. The friendly staff at Island Thatch made purchasing my new hamptons style privacy screen fence an absolute pleasure!The fence was very easy to erect, and I was able to build it by myself without the need for expensive equipment or employing fencing professionals. ( and it was by far the best value I found after receiving multiple quotes from other fencing companies)I am stoked with the outcome and would highly recommend purchasing this product for your next fencing project.See photos below

I recently purchased African Gazebo thatch tiles from these people. They provided a good deal and shipped it to Geelong for me too. They were quite responsive and prompt to answer all of my queries. Donna was excellent as she once replied me on a public holiday too when it was urgent for me. I totally recommend these people.

Island Thatch is the most professional business I have dealt with in a long time. Donna and her contractor, Phil know exactly what they’re doing and if I could give them 6 stars I would. Highly recommend. The attention to detail is first class.
