Massive difference with this particular store within a month.Used regularly then stoped as I feel it went down hill massively.Stopped today and WOW! What a difference, the store manager served me and went above and beyond with service, even asked how my day was. Very clean tidy store and fresh fresh fresh!!!Sensational experience all round.

I think this may fall on deaf ears considering the past reviews. Kelly, the manager, is absolutely lazy and useless and shouldn't be there to train the staff, Poor Jess was left to herself while attempting to remember everything that she barely got taught. The way Kelly treated her was so disrespectful. Kelly was doing a small jig while making one sandwich she also had a rather large hole in her shirt and didn't present well at all. Jess was shaking like a leaf while making four sandwiches. This is the reason you don't have retail or hospitality staff anymore. You are allowing someone who doesn't understand the concept of professionalism train someone who could be, but won't, as her confidence is deflated. Jess did a great job for the little training she received. This feedback will also be passed on to Subway themselves.

This is aimed more at the corporation than at the store, it is solely staffed by trainees who either don’t know what they are doing or don’t care. It feels like the store is being used as a front for training purposes only in a location where subway don’t consider it worth while putting fully trained employees to even supervise the trainees.The amount of times I had to the sandwich makers correct what should be plain obvious mishandling, here is a short list of some of the things I had to train their own staff on (each from a different trainee)-asked them to put the meat inside of the sandwhich rather than outside.-didn’t really want a block of cheese on my sandwhich (it was four slices thick)-after being asked which cheese I wanted, then had to point out which cheese was which to them.-have to repeat myself when saying “a couple pieces of red onion” so they could remove the two handfuls they just applied.If staff can’t put attention and care into my order while making my sandwhich, I’m going to just start just walking out on them.

The subs are fine but possibly some of the worst staff imaginable. It’s a mix of bad training and bad manners. Tonight his girl practically threw my order at me rather than just passing it to me. And the time before that the guy that served was speaking so quietly you’d think he was trying not to wake up a sleeping bear. Couldn’t hear a thing he was asking me or saying to me. And the prices are constantly going up

unfortunately every time that I come to this subway branch I am left disappointed. as i live far away this is one of the only healthy options near me but i am sick of getting terrible subs.the workers are very short with you and they frequently make the sub wrong - not putting cheese on top of the meat, putting the wrong salads even when they’ve just asked me what i want? they constantly over charge me and put in the wrong sub so i have to ask for a receipt most times and there is something wrong with it pretty much every time. they constantly forget to cut my subs in half and don’t get me started on the state of the subs when you open it to eat it - the filling all spill out and generally look very off putting ! as someone who works with food i know that it’s not hard to make a good sandwich and have some care while still being efficient.

Friendly staff who have been trained well and always greet you with a smile. Especially jess and mikayla. Store has definitely gotten clean over the past few months whoever took over Kelly’s role as the manager if obviously doing a great job. And should be proud of their employees.

They never bother about cleanliness of store. They were running out of salads. I requested them to make it toasted but still they didn’t care at all. This is worst subway store i have tried. Staff is horrible. Never going to this place anymore.

Absolutely filthy store! The area where they keep all the food looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for weeks! My daughter works at a different subway and her store is meticulously clean. She told me after I sent her a video of this store, that their number 1 priority is cleanliness and presentation. Clearly this isn’t across the board of all stores.Get your act into gear Mount Ev!

Definitely a dramatic improvement of the store even from just a few weeks ago. There seems to be a lot of new staff who have much better manners than the old ones! The store is clean and organised, whoever has taken over this store is doing a great job so far!

Never again!Given this place 3 chances. Rude staff, that roll their eyes if you want more than 3 spinach leaves, the manager skimped on everything. The roll was so dry and crunchy, just awful. Last time they just loved to lean on it, squash it, then try to cut it open. Left it very doughy. My seafood sub got 2 teaspoons of mix on it, then the brown lettuce..why didn't I just give up then!
