Was originally booked for 3pm. Received message 50 mins prior asking if 4pm was fine. No worries. At 4:15 I messaged and asked if he was still coming. Nearly 2 hours after the original booking and $80 later. He did appear knowledgeable and advised me of several possible solutions to the issue.

Availability and promptness was good (was high priority for me)However, the technician mis-diagnosed the problem, not trusting the error message from the Daikin system which appeared during his visit, eventually saying he couldn't do more and just telling me to contact manufacturer. - issue has since been fixed (contrary to claim, was a problem relating to the error code)Also - without prior warning, requested CASH for callout fee at end of visit, and would not provide an invoice on request. As I don't carry much cash, he would only accept an observed direct bank transfer via my phone on the spot (no EFTPOS). This is very unprofessional.

Service was excellent. Prompt and he did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I also had a weird unexplained noise Farzad diagnosed quickly and fixed at no extra cost.
