Good place for power nap or rest. Not many people stop here due to lack of facilities.

SAFETY REST STOP ON THE WAY FROM SYDNEY TO MELBOURNE.IT TOOK AROUND 9HRS TO DRIVE FROM SYDNEY TO MELBOURNE.I ALWAYS TAKE A REST EVERY 2 HOURS.ON THE FREEWAY, LOTS OF REST STOPS FOR YOU.

Its ok. The rest area for trucks was way too bright to camp over night, but rest area next/behind the gas station was not bright and at peace.

No facilities right on the highway only pulled up as I'd driven 900km that day and needed sleep .
