Absolute Zero Refrigeration

I had a problem with my roof mounted air-conditioner that was making a loud vibration noise and rang Absolute Zero. Fiona took my call and assured me that her husband, Mark, would come out the next day and check it out. He told me exactly what the problem was and suggested that he change a little pulley wheel that may stop that vibration, but also said that if that didn't work he may have to put in a new motor. I was made aware of all the possibilities prior to him doing anything to it. My air-conditioner is now fixed and I was very pleased with not only the professionalism and efficiency with which Mark and Fiona handled the job, but also with their friendly and caring manner in dealing with me. I can highly recommend them to anyone who requires prompt, efficient and friendly service on their air-conditioner.

Mark and team replaced our evaporative ducted system with refrigerative ac/heating. Despite some difficulties due to the house being old and with typical challenges associated, they sorted solutions to make the job work. Beyond being technically great at what he did, Mark is an open, honest and wonderful person who I found really easy to get along with and would absolutely recommend to anyone needing any air conditioning work done.

My air con was just out of warranty, but Mark went the extra mile and contacted LG who most graciously approved to have this repair done under their warranty. I have a multi-head split AC system which wasn't serviced and cleaned up for more than 7 years. It would make bad smells from time to time plus other issues. Units were extremely dusty and dirty deep inside, in areas that I couldn't reach and clean. Tried several businesses to get quote for an extensive strip clean service and they told me it would take around 20-30 minutes for each unit to be done. Luckily I found Absolute Zero Refrigeration and contacted Mark. The entire job took around 5 hours. He opened each unit carefully and went deep as much as possible and professionally cleaned and sanitised all parts, lubricated moving ones and checked everything. His price might not be the lowest but you will get value for your money. Quality doesn't come cheap! Now all units are super clean, noiseless and the difference in air quality is like day and night. Mark was very polite, on-time, friendly and answered all my questions patiently. I am very happy with the service and strongly recommend Absolute Zero Refrigeration.

Mark and Fiona are a good team! Mark was a pleasure to deal with, from his punctuality, to his politeness and professionalism. With over 7 years as a LG recommended Service Agent, he had my 11 year old Reverse cycle aircon diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutesI fully recommend Mark.

These guys are the real deal. Mark is a friendly and honest professional. He installed our reverse cycle air con unit last year which we were extremely happy with. We called him out today as a lizard had got caught inside the unit! There was no call out fee as promised and the work was done today under Mark's warranty scheme so no charge for taking unit apart and removing lizard! I would thoroughly recommend Absolute Zero to friends and family.

Mark did a fantastic job and all installations were super neat and tidy and everything works exactly as he said. We had a difficult job for Mark because there is no great spot for a unit in the whole house.
